Acne + Rosacea Class Plan
Class 1: Pressure Point Massage: to release facial tension within the muscles and fascia. This can have a positive impact on acne and rosacea because it reduces stress and inflammation in the face.
Class 2: Lymph Massage: to help improve lymphatic drainage and boost the immunity of your skin. Lymphatic drainage can help the skin heal quicker as it clears infections, cell debris and stagnant fluids under the skin.
Class 3: Neck Work: to release tightness in the neck that may be constricting the flow of oxygenated blood, lymphatic fluids and energy.
Class 4: Face Yoga: a "touchless" massage for the face that has lifting and sculpting benefits!
Class 5: Gua Sha: to drain toxics from the skin and direct them toward the major lymph nodes around the face.
Class 6: Reflexology: a method for balancing hormones, digestion, the nervous system and stress.

About the Acne + Rosacea Program:
The program offers "acne safe" techniques that help improve circulation, enhance detoxification, and rejuvenate the skin without irritating or exacerbating an existing inflammatory condition. We will focus on releasing facial stress, stimulating the lymphatic system, and enhancing the skin's immunity; we will do this through pressure point massage, facial stretching, lymphatic drainage, and balancing mind & body with specific reflexology points.
Use these classes to practice the art of becoming present and intentional with yourself on a daily basis.
What I want you to gain is an understanding of how to speak to your skin, how to listen to your skin, and ultimately how to tune into your inner wisdom. Mindful skincare gives us this opportunity to spend time with our skin, to touch it, assess it, give it more love, feed it the right nutrients inside and out.
Skincare is just a tool to express self love and discover your inner radiance. It can help us heal on a very deep level; from our skin to our skin within. As you become more mindful with this practice, you start to notice more beautiful things around you, and that includes the beauty you see in yourself.
